At DIVASI, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we offer a straightforward refund and return process. This policy outlines the conditions and procedures for returns and refunds.
2. Eligibility for Returns
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided that:
- The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition with tags attached
- The item is in its original packaging where applicable
- You have the original proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
- Certain items such as intimate apparel, personalized items, or sale items may be non-returnable (see product page for details)
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return:
- Contact our customer service team at returns@divasi.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will send you a return authorization and prepaid shipping label (where applicable).
- Pack the item securely and ship it back to us using the provided label.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange.
4. Refund Processing
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at purchase. Please allow:
- 5–10 business days for us to receive and process your return
- 5–10 business days after processing for the refund to appear on your statement (depending on your bank or card issuer)
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. Return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund unless otherwise stated.
5. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process above and indicate that you would like an exchange. We will ship the replacement item once we receive your return. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs, at no additional charge to you.
